About the Role

We are seeking passionate, hospitality-focussed Clubhouse Crew to join our vibrant Clubhouse team at Virgin Atlantic's award-winning lounges at London Heathrow. As Clubhouse Crew, you will build a memorable and lasting experience by delivering outstanding customer service, serving delicious meals and signature drinks to Upper Class and Frequent Flyer guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, friendly smile and introduce them to our vibrant Clubhouse and Revivals lounges.
• Tantalise customers' taste buds with our delicious, seasonal menu and signature cocktails and speciality teas and coffees.
• Deliver an immersive culinary experience with each plate placed and every glass poured.
• Maintain a spotlessly clean and relaxing environment for guests to relax and unwind in.
• Ensure customers' needs are met at every opportunity, from serving their first drink to clearing plates or offering a glass of bubbly.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 months of experience working in a food and beverage or hospitality environment is essential.
• Previous experience delivering excellent customer experience with high attention to detail and tailored service is desirable.
• Confident working in a fast-paced environment where you'll be on your feet for long periods.
• Ability to prioritise and multi-task food and drink requests.
• Maintain the highest uniform standards in our iconic Clubhouse crew uniform.
• Free to work different shifts between 05:00am and 23:00pm, including some weekends and bank holidays.
• Must live in the UK and be located within a 90-minute commutable distance from London Heathrow, Hounslow, UK.
• Aged 18 years of age or over.
• Able to acquire an airside pass ID that permits entry and work in restricted areas of London Heathrow airport is essential.
• Not have been unsuccessful in an application within the last 6 months.
