About the Role

Als Dozent:in für Künstliche Intelligenz (m/w/d) gestaltest Du praxisorientierte Weiterbildung mit unmittelbarem Impact. Du unterrichtest live im virtuellen Klassenzimmer, vermittelst anwendungsnahes Wissen und begleitest Menschen auf ihrem Weg in zukunftssichere Jobs in einer zunehmend digitalisierten Arbeitswelt. Du bringst Praxiserfahrung im Bereich AI mit, verstehst, wie KI-Anwendungen entwickelt und eingesetzt werden, und kannst den praktischen Nutzen von Machine Learning, Data Science und Prozessautomatisierung vermitteln. Gleichzeitig hast Du Freude daran, Menschen zu befähigen und strukturiert weiterzubringen – auch dann, wenn sie erst am Anfang stehen.

Responsibilities

Gestalte interaktive Online-Live-Sessions und vermittle Fachwissen zu Künstlicher Intelligenz – von der Entwicklung von KI-Anwendungen über Machine Learning bis hin zum Einsatz moderner AI-Tools für die Prozessautomatisierung.
Bereite Inhalte auf Basis bestehender Materialien methodisch sinnvoll auf – klar, verständlich und arbeitsmarktnah.
Nutze praxisnahe Beispiele, aktuelle Use Cases und verknüpfe Theorie und Anwendung.
Gib Orientierung, motiviere, erkläre und wiederhole – und sorge dafür, dass die Teilnehmenden die nötige Sicherheit gewinnen, um AI-Tools erfolgreich im Unternehmenskontext einzusetzen.
Gib didaktisches und fachliches Feedback, wirke an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Lehrformate mit und gestalte unsere digitalen Lernprozesse aktiv mit.
Teile Wissen, unterstütze Dich gegenseitig und etabliere eine neue Form des digitalen Lehrens und Lernens im Dozent:innenteam.

Requirements

Praxis aus dem Bereich AI / Machine Learning / Data Science: Du bist Expert:in in der Entwicklung und Anwendung von KI-Technologien und kannst ihr Potenzial anschaulich vermitteln.
Didaktisches Gespür: Du erklärst verständlich, strukturiert und motivierend – auch für Einsteiger:innen und heterogene Gruppen.
Digitale Affinität: Du fühlst Dich in virtuellen Klassenräumen wohl, nutzt digitale Tools souverän und bist offen für neue Lernformate.
Haltung & Kommunikationsstärke: Du arbeitest lösungsorientiert, wertschätzend und klar – und möchtest Dein Wissen an Menschen weitergeben, die neu durchstarten.
Hervorragende Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C2); Englischkenntnisse sind ein Plus.
Mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung in der Erwachsenenbildung.
Fundierte fachliche Expertise im Bereich Künstliche Intelligenz.
Nachgewiesene pädagogische Eignung durch eine IHK-zertifizierte Ausbildung (z. B. AEVO-Schein).
