About the Role
As a People & Culture Manager, you will be the driving force behind WIN's employer brand. You will create an environment where the right people connect and grow together, focusing on both attracting new talent and nurturing existing employees. This is a full-time role within a 2-person HR team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruiting process, from sourcing to hiring new employees, and identify potential before others do.
- Actively work to increase WIN's visibility as an employer and shape a company culture that fosters collaboration, openness, and excellence.
- Maintain and optimize HR processes, including contract management and personnel planning, ensuring efficiency, legal compliance, and a human-centric approach.
- Support employees throughout their entire lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, with well-thought-out processes.
- Identify potential, initiate development discussions, and create opportunities for genuine growth in collaboration with team leads.
- Serve as a point of contact and trusted advisor for all employees, building trust and acting as a liaison between employees and management.
Requirements
- Completed university degree, preferably with a focus on HR, or equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Human Resources, preferably within an agency.
- Experience in recruiting, including sourcing and convincing candidates.
- Proficiency in using Personio and familiarity with AI in HR.
- Knowledge of and ability to apply labor law.
- Very good communication skills in German; English skills are a plus.
