About the Role
Lead global Enterprise IT operations, manage internal IT infrastructure and enterprise architecture, and develop IT processes, tools, and applications to support company growth. This role offers the opportunity to transition legacy systems to the cloud and scale IT services.
Responsibilities
- Lead global Enterprise IT operations team.
- Lead Enterprise IT architecture, development and processes.
- Participate in complex IT sysadmin duties and projects.
- Plan and execute development IT projects with help of internal and external resources.
- Build secure enterprise IT operations processes in collaboration with the Security team.
- Enhance collaboration and communication to cross teams and relevant stakeholders.
- Plan and develop IT automation to support more efficient operations.
- Manage Enterprise IT costs and budget.
- Manage IT assets, data, software and other inventory.
Requirements
- Cloud first -thinking allrounder understanding modern, agile and secure Enterprise IT.
- Great people leader for the Enterprise IT team.
- Technical knowledge and ability to take leadership in most difficult IT-support questions.
- A team player motivated to take on and drive projects independently.
- Experience with the Google Workspace ecosystem.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer and service-oriented mindset with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability and willingness to work at least three days a week from our New York City office.
