About the Role
The Technical Support Engineer provides second-level support for EMEA and APJ-based customers, acting as a primary knowledge source to resolve complex technical issues. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams including Operations, R&D, and Product to ensure effective product deployment and customer success.
Responsibilities
- Provide second-level technical support for EMEA and APJ customers
- Resolve complex technical issues for customers
- Take ownership of customer cases and troubleshoot technical problems
- Support customers in maximizing product utility
- Collaborate with internal teams including Operations, R&D, Solution Architects, and Product
- Execute projects to create company-wide impact
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Technical experience supporting Linux-based products
- Technical knowledge in Networking (L2/L3)
- Experience in Cyber Security, specifically network or application security
- Experience with enterprise customer accounts
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
