About the Role
This position focuses on day-to-day operations to ensure the full functionality of the workspace, supporting business needs. It involves overseeing reception, security, maintenance, mail room, and janitorial services to meet customer requirements.
Responsibilities
- Create a pleasant work environment for employees.
- Develop intra-office communications regarding building information.
- Ensure reception, security, mail room, and janitorial services meet associate and guest needs.
- Receive and manage daily requests from associates, engaging landlord maintenance or vendors.
- Respond to associate requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Create and maintain vendor service level agreements (SLAs) and audit services regularly.
- Obtain vendor price quotations, prepare POs, and monitor invoice processing.
- Drive cost savings initiatives and identify services for adjustment or bidding.
- Liaise with site landlords to implement and monitor planned building maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Liaise with the ESG team, execute strategy, and ensure sustainability data delivery.
- Coordinate with Project Manager(s) for renovation and relocation plans.
- Work closely with Corporate Security to implement on-site safety standards.
- Collaborate with the Global Crisis Response team for emergency situations.
- Collaborate with FM on-site team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant education and experience.
- Minimum of 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in facilities operations.
- Experience managing on-site vendors and services.
- Thorough knowledge of facilities operations procedures and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
