About the Role
As a network expert within Kyndryl's Network Services team, you will design and implement cutting-edge network solutions throughout the entire solution lifecycle. You will be responsible for creating local and wide-area network solutions utilizing multiple platforms and protocols, troubleshooting network issues, and coordinating with vendors for hardware and software installation. Your role will involve project implementation, planning, cost analysis, building proof-of-concept solutions, reviewing project requirements, and communicating them to the team. You will design and implement IP and VOIP solutions, and provide high-quality technical solutions to customers for implementation, go-live, and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Creating local and wide-area network solutions that utilize multiple platforms and protocols
- Troubleshooting network issues
- Coordinating with vendors to install the latest hardware and software
- Working on project implementation
- Conducting project planning and cost analysis
- Building proof-of-concept solutions with networking system technology
- Reviewing project requirements
- Communicating project requirements accurately to the team
- Ensuring project requirements are appropriately fulfilled
- Designing and implementing local and wide-area network solutions, including IP and VOIP
- Providing high-quality technical solutions to customers to prepare them for implementation, go-live, and maintenance
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in network construction or operations projects
- Experience leading network or system infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in designing and building general network/voice infrastructure or traditional data center networks
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in troubleshooting and recovery planning during incidents
- English proficiency sufficient for reading technical documentation and handling email communication
