  • Participate in product discovery, shaping what is built, how it is sliced, and how it is delivered.
  • Operate at the intersection of product and platform, holding a long-term technical view while focusing on current deliverables.

Requirements

  • 7+ years building production software with meaningful experience across both frontend and backend systems.
  • Track record of improving engineering practices at an organizational level.
  • Deep experience with TypeScript and JavaScript in production environments.
  • Strong command of observability (logging, metrics, alerting, distributed tracing) and experience improving system observability.
  • Experience designing and evolving APIs and integration patterns at scale (REST and/or event-driven).
  • Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS: ECS Fargate, Lambda, SQS, EventBridge) and ability to reason about reliability, performance, and cost trade-offs.
