About the Role

This role will see the successful candidate focused on delivering an AMAZING customer experience, building rapport with regular customers, and providing fashion consultation in a professional yet friendly manner. Each team member will be an ambassador of our brand, modeling You & All values and ensuring we make every day a brighter day as a team. The role involves flexibility for weekend rosters and late-night trade, with exposure to various store areas including the sales floor, register, fitting rooms, and stock reserves.
