About the Role
Join 10x Team as a Freelance VP Operations AI Trainer and help train the next generation of AI models in real-world operations strategy and decision-making. You will ensure AI-generated operational workflows and decisioning are accurate, relevant, and grounded in industry best practices.
Responsibilities
- Review and enhance AI-generated content on operations strategy, process optimization, and resource management
- Assess the accuracy, industry-relevance, and practical viability of AI-driven operational scenarios and recommendations
- Develop example operational cases, process improvement scenarios, and risk management exercises based on your industry experience
- Create multiple scenario variations reflecting perspectives of operations managers, team leads, and stakeholders
- Identify gaps or flawed assumptions in AI outputs and provide clear, actionable feedback
Requirements
- Senior operations leader or manager (e.g., VP Operations, Head of Operations, Operations Director) with a proven track record in operational excellence
- Based in the EU or UK
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and reviewing operations strategies, optimizing processes, and managing high-performing operations teams
- Highly organized and skilled at providing direct, constructive feedback
- Available 8–20 hours per week and reliable in communications
