About the Role

Join The Travel Corporation (TTC) as a dynamic Sales Consultant in our high-performing Contact Centre team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoy converting customer curiosity into bookings, helping guests plan unforgettable travel experiences with our iconic brands.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective guests via phone, email, and chat, guiding them through their holiday planning.
  • Convert warm leads into bookings using a consultative and strategic approach.
  • Manage and own the sales pipeline in Salesforce, tracking follow-ups, logging activity, and driving conversions.
  • Drive revenue across B2C and B2B channels by recommending suitable travel experiences based on guest or advisor needs.
  • Consistently achieve KPIs for sales, retention, call quality, and guest satisfaction.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture by sharing wins and best practices.
  • Stay current on travel products, brand promotions, and global travel trends.
  • Work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements

  • A natural drive to close sales and exceed targets.
  • Resilience, energy, and a positive mindset in a high-performance, customer-first environment.
  • Strong service orientation with excellent communication and discovery skills.
  • Confidence working with CRM systems.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard business hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Availability during peak sales windows, including evenings (after 5 PM) and weekends, to support demand and maximize sales potential.
