About the Role
Pallet is seeking a high-intensity, analytically minded operator to build the company's product marketing and go-to-market strategy. This role will translate Pallet's product development into compelling narratives, successful launches, and effective materials that communicate the product's value to customers, ultimately shaping market perception.
Responsibilities
- Own product launch narratives for new Pallet features and products, translating technical capabilities into clear customer value.
- Create sales enablement materials, including demo scripts, objection handling frameworks, and deal collateral.
- Build and maintain Pallet’s market narrative and positioning across customer segments.
- Establish and run the product launch process, coordinating across product, engineering, sales, and marketing.
- Develop a pipeline of customer case studies that support enterprise sales conversations.
- Analyze sales calls, customer feedback, and product usage data to improve messaging and GTM strategy.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or strategy/operations at a high-growth startup
- Strong, structured problem-solving skills and comfort working in ambiguous environments
- Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex ideas clearly
- Experience working with AI tools for research, writing, or analysis
- Comfort with analyzing data from tools like CRM, analytics platforms, or sales tools
- High ownership mindset with the ability to drive projects independently
