About the Role
California Closets Miami is seeking a Sales & Design Consultant to work one-on-one with clients in their homes and our showroom to create custom, luxury storage solutions. This role offers uncapped earning potential supported by premium brand recognition and qualified leads.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients in-home and in the Miami and Broward County showroom
- Design personalized storage solutions using proprietary 3D CAD software
- Manage sales pipeline from initial consultation through installation
- Deliver an exceptional, white-glove client experience
- Maintain organization and self-motivation to achieve sales goals
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience
- Charismatic, professional, and client-focused demeanor
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn
- Valid driver’s license
