Responsibilities
- Manage and organize office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Serve as a liaison between departments, clients, and vendors to facilitate communication and resolve administrative issues.
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment to ensure availability and proper functioning.
- Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing timely and professional responses.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
