About the Role
As a Member Representative, you will support members through a variety of financial needs while helping create a welcoming and solution-focused branch experience. This is a multi-functional role that includes Teller, Member Service, and Retail Lending responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Process member transactions accurately and efficiently including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Build trust through friendly, professional interactions
- Recognize opportunities to improve the member experience during everyday transactions
- Open and maintain personal and business accounts
- Assist members with account questions, wires, address changes, balances, reconciliations, and other account needs
- Educate members on products and services that may benefit their financial journey
- Balance member advocacy with regulatory and operational requirements
- Assist members through the consumer loan process from application to closing
- Explain loan products and terms clearly and confidently
- Help create a smooth, supportive borrowing experience
- Participate in ongoing training, development, and cross-functional learning
- Stay current on compliance, procedures, and regulatory expectations including Bank Secrecy Act requirements
- Support branch operations and teammates as needed
- Contribute positively to branch culture, teamwork, and continuous improvement efforts

Experience Level
- 1-4 years of experience in banking, cash handling, member service, retail lending, hospitality, customer service, or a similar relationship-focused role preferred

- High school diploma or equivalent required
Salary/Compensations
- $17.50-$25.00/ hour
