About the Role
The Interim Manager, Peer to Peer Fundraising (Leave Coverage) is responsible for the day-to-day execution of Doctors Without Borders' community fundraising programs. This role oversees peer-to-peer campaigns, Facebook fundraising, supporter engagement, fundraising platforms, and rapid response fundraising support to ensure the program meets its annual revenue targets. The Manager will ensure fundraising programs run smoothly, supporters receive timely assistance, campaigns are delivered on schedule, and program performance is tracked and reported.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in community fundraising, peer-to-peer fundraising, digital fundraising, nonprofit marketing, supporter engagement, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with fundraising, community engagement, and supporter platforms such as DonorDrive, GoodUnited, Facebook Fundraising, Tiltify, Salesforce, or similar tools.
- Minimum 2 years experience working with CRM and marketing technology platforms, including Salesforce and related fundraising systems.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing fundraising campaigns, supporter engagement programs, community fundraising initiatives, or fundraising events from planning through execution and reporting.
- Proven advanced project management skills, including producing project timelines, closeout analytics reports and narrative documents.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond quickly to time-sensitive fundraising opportunities, including emergency and rapid response fundraising efforts.
- Ability to work with a minimum of supervision.
- Travel to promote MSF at in-person events, i.e., fundraising events, conferences, and conventions.
- Will spend at least 10-15% of time traveling.
