About the Role
As a Pediatric Dentist Float, you’ll play a key role in ensuring continuity of care and maintaining excellent patient experiences across our practices. This is an ideal opportunity for a flexible, team-oriented provider who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working with children of all ages.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care including exams, restorations, preventative treatments, and patient education
- Deliver exceptional patient experiences with a focus on comfort, trust, and communication
- Collaborate closely with clinical teams across multiple Austin-area offices
- Support continuity of care by filling in for scheduled absences, PTO coverage, and volume needs
- Adhere to best practices, clinical protocols, and compliance standards
- Work under the clinical supervision and mentorship of Dr. Randy Hamilton
Requirements
- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
- Completion of a pediatric dentistry residency program
- Active Texas dental license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Flexibility to travel between locations within the Austin market
Skills
- Strong clinical skills in pediatric dentistry
- Excellent chairside manner with children and families
- A positive, team-focused attitude and commitment to quality care
