About the Role
As a Paid Service Beauty Advisor, you are an expert in all things beauty, guiding clients on their beauty journey at the Beauty Studio and beyond. You will focus on teaching, inspiring, and collaborating with clients, while working with diverse teams and leaders who support your evolution.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultations, understanding clients' goals and recommending suitable products and services.
- Perform customized beauty services, including makeup application and skincare treatments, adhering to health and hygiene standards.
- Demonstrate expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines through product application.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, new products, and brand launches.
- Deliver exceptional client service by creating a welcoming and inclusive environment and managing service bookings.
- Participate in sales and promotional events to drive customer engagement and contribute to sales goals.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of prior experience in retail sales or services.
- Knowledge of trending beauty products.
- Passion for client service and selling.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
