About the Role
The Inventory Quality Specialist supports the Inventory Quality division by monitoring supply partner inventory, performing audits to ensure compliance and brand safety, and playing a key role in accurately assessing inventory to maintain a clean and transparent exchange.
Responsibilities
- Review new inventory (websites, mobile apps, CTV apps) in Salesforce for compliance with policies and quality standards.
- Address sensitive content which may be graphic, violent or hateful, include offensive or derogatory language or other potentially distressing material.
- Pre-vet tickets to ensure compliance documentation completion and accuracy before assigning to team members.
- Review work done by internal and external teams to verify accuracy, adherence to processes, and provide feedback for improvement.
- Train internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Analyze data from vendors to validate sources of disinformation and execute corrective actions.
- Perform audits of supply inventory to ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.
- Share information, trends, and summaries on audits and brand safety related industry trends.
- Conduct independent investigations on brand safety related infractions, preparing reports with findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to lead brand safety or other inventory quality initiatives.
- Identify and recommend new technology and/or processes to detect and prevent fraud or brand safety issues.
Requirements
- Expertise in Programmatic Advertising (SSPs, DSPs, RTB, DFP, Ad Servers, Video Players etc.).
- Proficient in synthesizing analysis into actionable recommendations.
- High level verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- 3+ years of experience in a software company or Ad Tech industry.
- 3-year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
