About the Role

As a Software Engineer I, you will join a small, senior team to build and scale healthcare infrastructure. You will work on backend systems, including EHR integrations and data pipelines, while receiving mentorship and direct exposure to architectural design in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship features across the core platform and provider-facing SaaS product
• Write clean, well-tested, production-ready code
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture conversations
• Debug and investigate issues in distributed systems
• Contribute to indirect integrations with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver projects end to end

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 0–2 years of professional software engineering experience
• Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and programming concepts
• Proficiency in at least one backend language
• Comfort working with relational databases
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving
