About the Role

Mid Atlantic Kitchen and Bath Specialists is seeking a team leader to develop, manage, and lead an Event Department and team of demonstrators to promote the company's home improvement brand at in-person shows and events across Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Identify and book new shows and events for every weekend within the designated territory.
• Generate leads to drive sales and profit from event booths.
• Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and manage a team of Event Demonstrators.
• Oversee the setup and removal of promotional booths at events.
• Plan, coordinate, and organize schedules and calendars for the team and events.
• Maintain, track, and report department productivity, labor, inventory, and budget on a weekly basis.
• Set and achieve performance goals for each event, week, and month.
• Maintain regular and prompt communication with supervision and other departments.

Requirements

• Team management and leadership experience.
• Customer service or business-to-customer marketing experience.
• Recruiting and hiring experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with new people.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to stand for extended hours at event booths.
• Basic computer literacy for administrative and reporting tasks.
• Availability to work every weekend.
