About the Role

SE Ventures is seeking an Accelerator leader – North America to lead and scale its platform from Silicon Valley. This high-impact leadership role operates at the intersection of venture capital, enterprise innovation, and company building, owning the end-to-end performance of the accelerator from sourcing founders to delivering commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Build and curate a world-class founder pipeline, sourcing and selecting top pre-seed startups in Energy, Industry, and Enterprise AI.
  • Lead and evolve the Accelerator program, defining and refining the model to maximize product–market fit outcomes.
  • Design bespoke engagement plans for each startup, including customer discovery, GTM, pricing, and enterprise integration.
  • Ensure each cohort delivers tangible commercial results, such as customer engagements, pilots, and revenue traction.
  • Drive enterprise engagement at scale by orchestrating deep collaboration between startups and Schneider Electric / AVEVA stakeholders.
  • Unlock high-value interactions, including pilots, co-development, and go-to-market opportunities.
  • Align internal incentives and stakeholders to accelerate real business outcomes.
  • Mentor and support founders as a trusted advisor on strategy, product positioning, and commercialization.
  • Help founders navigate enterprise sales, partnerships, and scaling challenges.
  • Provide hands-on guidance through critical early-stage inflection points.
  • Invest and manage portfolio outcomes, leading investment decisions in accelerator companies.
  • Prepare investment memos and drive approvals with the SE Ventures Investment Committee.
  • Support companies post-program, including follow-on investment readiness and investor introductions.
  • Build and activate a global ecosystem by developing a strong network of mentors, operators, investors, and corporate partners.
  • Represent SE Ventures at top-tier industry events and within the VC ecosystem.
  • Strengthen SE Ventures’ brand as a leading enterprise-backed accelerator.

Requirements

  • Master, MBA, PhD, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-10 years’ experience in venture studio / pre-seed investment fund.
  • Company building skills, ideally former entrepreneur.
  • Good knowledge of the Silicon Valley early-stage ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage uncertainty, leverage networks, and align multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Climate Tech and Industrial Tech markets.
