Koeppel Mazda is seeking assertive, results-oriented individuals with previous auto sales experience to join their team. Responsibilities

• Spend time with customers at the showroom to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options.
• Commit to becoming certified experts and gaining in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology.
• Maintain all required training.
• Complete quotes and explain financing/leasing options for New and Used vehicles.
• Follow up with customers and return email/voicemail.
• Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads by referrals.

Requirements

• Valid driver license with a clean driving record.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Bring your a-game along with a positive attitude to work.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong closing ability.
• Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through.
• Organized and strong phone and follow-up skills.
