About the Role

The Customer Operations Specialist will assist the Customer Operations Manager in driving process improvements and efficiency initiatives to deliver value to the frontline sales team. This role involves planning and implementing operational strategies within the commercialization process to enhance service to retail customers and improve overall business performance. The specialist will identify and resolve recurring issues impacting customer service and track results against the customer service scorecard.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in supply inventory management to support sales teams, reducing out-of-stocks and mitigating commercial risk.
  • Identify key customer milestones and ensure alignment across marketing, supply chain, and sales for product and communication plans.
  • Partner with stakeholders (supply chain, demand planning/forecasting, brand, and sales) to align on supply chain solutions that remove barriers for the commercial organization.
  • Act as the regional lead for all quality issues, including product recalls, distributor audit processes, and shelf-life and/or shipping policies.
  • Participate in review meetings and serve as the key point of contact between sales and supply chain to relay market issues, feed them into supply chain teams, and communicate solutions back to sales.

Salary/Compensations

  • $89,900.00 - $118,000.00
  • 11% target short term incentive
