About the Role

The Customer Operations Specialist will support the Director of Customer Operations in enhancing efficiency processes and initiatives that add value to our frontline sales team. They will participate in planning and implementing significant operational strategies and tactics within our go-to-market process, positively impacting service to retailers selling Molson Coors products and overall business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory to support sales teams, reducing stock-outs and mitigating business risks.
  • Identify key customer milestones and ensure alignment between marketing, supply chain, and sales in product development and communication plans for smooth retail transition.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (supply chain, demand planning, brand, and sales) to understand and align on supply chain solutions that remove obstacles for the commercial organization.
  • Act as the regional lead for all quality matters, including product recalls, distributor audit process, shelf life, and/or shipping policies.
  • Participate in review meetings and act as a key liaison between sales and supply chain to receive market insights, communicate issues to supply chain teams, and relay solutions and customer messaging to sales teams.

Requirements

  • You thrive on challenges and react with urgency to market events and trends requiring rapid plan and strategy adjustments.
  • English and French fluency is required.
  • You are confident, diplomatic, professional, and possess strong judgment to build and maintain excellent business relationships.
  • You are serious about execution and have a proven track record of results.
  • You have a strong team spirit, can inspire others, and hold yourself and others accountable.
  • You have 5-8 years of progressive supply chain and sales experience (CPG industry experience is an asset).
  • You have experience in forecasting, demand planning, and launching/commercializing brands and products.
  • You have a proven track record of breaking down complex problems into simple solutions.
  • You have experience advising and guiding business solutions based on data and analytics.
  • You have demonstrated success in planning, developing, and executing key initiatives within a commercial organization.
  • You understand the workings of provincial sales systems and can connect them to the overall business strategy.
  • Candidates will be required to agree to a criminal background check.

    • 11% short-term incentive
