About the Role

As a Mobile General Skilled Technician, you’ll apply your electrical, maintenance, and troubleshooting expertise to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and small projects while delivering exceptional service to commercial clients. You will be the cornerstone of property maintenance, ensuring clients' facilities operate flawlessly by tackling general repairs, small projects, and preventive maintenance programs, saving clients from costly disruptions.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair complex electrical systems (three-phase wiring, generators lighting)
  • Perform general repairs and small service projects (e.g., walls, windows, doors)
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with appliances and building systems
  • Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance
  • Provide minor HVAC and plumbing support to trade-specific technicians
  • Engage with clients to confirm service requests and ensure satisfaction
  • Adhere to safety standards and building regulations

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience installing, maintaining, and repairing complex electrical systems (three-phase wiring, generators, lighting) in commercial buildings like offices, retail spaces, and factories.
  • Proficiency with tools and equipment (e.g., ladders)
  • Professional, courteous, and customer-focused demeanor
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to read blueprints, plans, and diagrams
  • Budget management experience
  • Comfort using mobile devices (cellphones, tablets) for work orders
  • Demonstrated experience in general repairs (painting, carpentry, plumbing) in commercial settings
