Responsibilities
- Work alongside some of the world’s top minds on cases that reshape business, government, and society.
- Engage in varied and rigorous consulting work, often performed at client sites.
- Collaborate on challenging projects with team members from diverse backgrounds and disciplines.
- Increase understanding of complex business problems from diverse perspectives.
- Develop new skills and experience for future success within and outside of BCG.
Requirements
- Undergraduate and Master’s students scheduled to graduate in 2027.
- Master’s students graduating between October and December 2026.
- Demonstrate success in academic and extra-curricular activities (volunteer work, professional internships, or personal initiatives).
- Possess drive, creativity, intelligence, and an ability to lead.
- Fluent English is required for communication with clients, partners, and colleagues predominantly located outside Quebec.
- Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec to communicate with colleagues and suppliers in Quebec.

Salary/Compensations
- $100,000 CAD base compensation for the first year.
