Responsibilities

Work alongside some of the world’s top minds on cases that reshape business, government, and society.
Engage in varied and rigorous consulting work, often performed at client sites.
Collaborate on challenging projects with team members from diverse backgrounds and disciplines.
Increase understanding of complex business problems from diverse perspectives.
Develop new skills and experience for future success within and outside of BCG.

Requirements

Undergraduate and Master’s students scheduled to graduate in 2027.
Master’s students graduating between October and December 2026.
Demonstrate success in academic and extra-curricular activities (volunteer work, professional internships, or personal initiatives).
Possess drive, creativity, intelligence, and an ability to lead.
Fluent English is required for communication with clients, partners, and colleagues predominantly located outside Quebec.
Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec to communicate with colleagues and suppliers in Quebec.

Salary/Compensations

$100,000 CAD base compensation for the first year.
