About the Role

The Embedded Finance team at Fiserv is transforming complex banking rails into seamless, API-first experiences that power the world’s most innovative platforms. This role offers the opportunity to architect "zero-to-one" financial products that will define the next decade of digital commerce and adopt AI-driven strategies to launch exceptional, predictive experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Define the product vision and long-term roadmap for embedded offerings, such as payments, card issuing, lending, or banking-as-a-service (BaaS)
  • Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and requirement gathering to launch and post-launch optimization
  • Evaluate and work with external partners to integrate third party services into the core platform
  • Design and build core payment services that create a great user experience
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to align technical specifications with business objectives
  • Work with customer support to identify, prioritize and resolve production issues
  • Navigate complex regulatory environments (e.g., AML, KYC, data privacy) and embed compliance directly into the product design

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of work experience in product management
  • Experience of building and scaling consumer applications with large user base
  • Proficiency in using data analytics and performance metrics (e.g., KPIs, OKRs) to inform prioritization and measure success
  • Strong communication skills to synthesize complex technical topics for executive-level audiences and external partners
  • Ability to execute high value projects while dealing with competing priorities
  • Ability to think strategically with solving short term problems while continuing to focus on long term needs of the business
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without need for sponsorship now or in the future
