About the Role

Domino's Solutions team is the customer-facing engine for how leading enterprises build, scale, and govern AI-powered applications. Customer Engineering owns everything after the deal closes: adoption, implementation, expansion, and delivery that drives customer renewal and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own the customer program end-to-end from contract signature through expansion, accountable for outcomes.
  • Partner with the account team to ensure engagements are scoped for excellent delivery.
  • Direct the delivery pod (Forward Deployed Engineers and Integration & Architecture teams) for customer engagements.
  • Earn trust at every level, closing the gap between strategic intent and day-to-day delivery.
  • Lead solutioning conversations, connecting Domino's capabilities to customer outcomes.
  • Drive adoption, enablement, and change management to ensure shipped solutions are utilized.
  • Turn customer engagements into growth by uncovering and qualifying new use cases and expansion opportunities.
  • Act as the customer's voice inside Domino, converting field intelligence into product feedback and signals.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years in an enterprise customer-facing discipline (implementations, consulting, technical program management, or product).
  • Comfortable operating when the customer cannot yet articulate the problem.
  • Ability to turn unstructured executive conversations into executable plans.
  • Sufficient understanding of enterprise data science team practices to ask pertinent questions.
  • Demonstrated ownership of delivery across full cycles.
  • Experience leading a team (direct reports, cross-functional pod, or a mix of engineers and specialists).
  • Technically fluent across software architecture, predictive modeling, and agentic systems.
  • Solutions-oriented approach, escalating with recommendations.
  • Background in life sciences, financial services, or a regulated industry is a meaningful advantage.
