About the Role
Schwarzman Scholars summer interns complete project-based tasks to advance specific goals and objectives of the organization. Interns gain exposure to daily operations of a U.S. non-profit with global stakeholders and programs.
Responsibilities
- Support database projects, including the creation of an alumni impact database and the use of AI tools for data insights.
- Update prospective employment opportunities for recent graduates.
- Collate data from collected records and open sources.
- Contribute to discussions on extracting insights from data using AI tools and in compliance with regulations.
- Engage in data collection and analysis.
- Contribute to media archives.
- Follow alumni impact stories.
- Attend regular staff and team meetings.
- Contribute ideas to improving organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Some office experience required.
- Experience with data collection and analysis preferred.
- Strong work ethic.
- Demonstrated professionalism.
- Track record of positive relationships with prior supervisors or employers.
- Capacity to work with alumni, board, staff, university leadership, consultants, and volunteers in a dynamic, results-oriented manner.
- Current work authorization in the United States.
