About the Role
We are building Million Dollar Nurse, a new YouTube channel for nurses and caretakers across America looking to advance their careers. You will be the person who makes that happen, both behind the scenes and on camera, running the channel from ideation to hosting to production.
Responsibilities
- Host daily shorts and weekly long-form videos on camera (3-4 hours per week).
- Set the content strategy, including topics, angles, and content to skip.
- Manage the production team (scriptwriter and editor) from concept to delivery.
- Analyze performance metrics bi-weekly with the head of social to optimize production and boost performance.
Requirements
- Magnetic on camera, appearing as a warm, genuine mentor.
- Curious and a fast learner, able to quickly grasp finance, content, YouTube growth, team management, and audience needs.
- Strong operator capable of managing contractors and keeping production flowing.
- Cares about the audience and is motivated to improve resources for nurses.
- Interested in personal finance and able to learn about financial tools for nurses.
