About the Role

Weinstein Properties is seeking a skilled, EPA-certified Maintenance Technician for the Bexley at Anderson Mill community. This role offers a stable, long-term opportunity with competitive pay and excellent benefits for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments
  • Assist with apartment turns and make-readies
  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry items
  • Help maintain the overall appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas
  • Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience
  • EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
  • Hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
  • Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work
  • Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks
  • Reliable transportation
  • Comfortable using computers and mobile devices (Outlook, work order systems, etc.)
  • Ability to drive a golf cart
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work indoors/outdoors year-round
  • Ability to climb stairs and ladders
  • Experience using hand and power tools
  • Background check required

  • $22/hour (and up, depending on experience)
  • $150/week on-call pay
  • Additional $150 per holiday on-call
  • Quarterly bonus: Up to $980 based on property and team performance
