About the Role
This internship provides hands-on experience in product lifecycle management, international supply chain communication, and customer presentation development within a fast-paced, design-forward environment. The intern will support the sample workflow and work directly within the product development cycle for key customer accounts.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end swatch logistics, including packing, unpacking, and coordinating finish swatch shipments to and from major retail customers and overseas offices.
- Maintain accurate tracking logs via Excel and internal systems for all incoming and outgoing development materials to ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain the organization, labeling, and cleanliness of the swatch room, and conduct periodic audits to ensure efficiency.
- Proactively pull required swatches from inventory ahead of internal and client design reviews, and assist with room resets following meetings.
- Build polished, visually compelling product pitch presentations for Key Account meetings using Portfolio software and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Maintain accurate tracking logs for warehouse samples and assist with sample pull requests and review coordination.
- Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, Business, or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel; willingness to learn proprietary presentation software (Portfolio).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with international teams.
- Positive, eager-to-learn attitude and ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
