About the Role
Austin Gastro, powered by GI Alliance, offers the advantages of Advanced Independent Practice within a physician-led network focused on patient care and clinical excellence. This partnership provides robust business and organizational support, allowing clinicians to focus on delivering top-notch care in a dynamic private practice setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient services under the direct supervision and responsibility of a physician
- See both new patients and follow-up patients
- Complete patient histories and physicals
- Determine tentative diagnosis and order appropriate laboratory tests
- Counsel patient and family on health and disease
- Participate in all continuing education, training, and other requirements to remain in good standing for credentialing purposes at assigned medical facilities
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- State Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Gastrointestinal experience preferred
- Recent graduates welcome to apply
