About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join the business at entry level and receive world class training. You must hold a full and up to date license.

Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver medical equipment to and from all required locations.
• Complete tasks upon delivery, such as unloading or placing endoscopes into drying cabinets.
• Carry out stores duties, including managing medical consumables and their delivery.
• Respond to fast-track requests to ensure customer needs are met.
• Work in the dispatch areas of Sterile Services and Endoscopy departments.
• Clean and prepare transport trollies and boxes for use.
• Maintain trollies in a fit-for-use state.
• Safely load transport trollies for the delivery of sterile goods.
• Act as a 'drivers mate' and drive company vehicles for collections and deliveries.
• Cover technician duties within Sterile Services and Endoscopy departments when trained.
• Support the general maintenance of the unit.
• Perform any other duties as required.

Requirements

• Hold a full and up to date license.
• Face to face communication skills.
• Basic decision making or problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work daily in a fast-paced, high-pressure Healthcare Service environment.
