About the Role
Service multiple retail locations within your assigned territory, focusing on merchandising the latest trading cards and collectible toys. This role involves maintaining store displays, building relationships with store personnel, and driving sales through effective product presentation.
Responsibilities
- Complete all scheduled service visits as assigned
- Unpack and stock merchandise according to company planograms
- Maintain clean, organized, and properly labeled displays
- Build and maintain professional relationships with store personnel
- Ensure timely communication with your manager and field services team via phone, email, text, and/or video calls
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to travel within a one-hour radius of your territory
- Personal smartphone with an active service plan (monthly stipend provided)
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency, including accessing company applications and websites, connecting to Wi-Fi networks, completing reports and forms, uploading/downloading documents, using email and two-factor authentication
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional attitude and demeanor when interacting with coworkers, store personnel, and customers
- Lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs. independently onto a cart
- Perform team lifts for items over 50 lbs. as needed
- Frequent bending and stooping
- Occasional kneeling or crawling to access lower shelves
- Use of a small step stool (no more than two steps) to reach higher shelving
