About the Role
The pädquis Foundation conducts various (evaluation) studies focusing on quantitative methods of empirical social research in the field of institutional early childhood education. We are seeking to strengthen our team for involvement in two longitudinal effectiveness studies in early education.
Responsibilities
- Project management and content coordination of studies
- Instrument development (e.g., standardized online surveys)
- Data analysis and data management
- Reporting
- Collaboration and communication with clients and project stakeholders
- Coordination and supervision of students in the research area
Requirements
- Very good university degree in Education, Educational Sciences, Psychology, or a comparable discipline
- Ideally, in-depth knowledge in the field of early childhood education and quality research
- Experience in instrument and questionnaire development
- Very good analytical skills and proven experience in the preparation and statistical analysis of empirical data (e.g., with SPSS, R, Mplus)
- Ideally with experience in implementing studies with multiple time points (longitudinal)
- Experience in collaborating with project partners and presenting results
- Teamwork, communication skills, high initiative
- Very good command of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
