About the Role

As a dedicated individual with HR experience, you are seeking a responsible role where you can apply your structured, communicative, and compassionate skills in a meaningful environment. You will be part of an interdisciplinary team focused on organizational development, combining expertise in HR development, administration, recruitment, and organizational consulting. Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for implementing HR strategies and processes in your assigned facilities.
  • You will provide solution-oriented advice and support to our managers and employees based on the concept of complementary leadership in all HR-related matters and conduct corresponding personnel discussions.
  • You will be responsible for supporting onboarding and offboarding, creating contract documents, and preparing payroll.
  • You will actively contribute creative and fresh ideas to the existing HR team and, together with your colleagues, shape effective structures and processes.

Requirements

  • A completed degree in Human Resource Management, HR Management, or a comparable qualification in Human Resources.
  • Previous experience in similar positions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Knowledge of payroll programs.
  • Analytical thinking and affinity for numbers.
  • Structured, independent, and self-reliant way of working.
  • Strong communication skills.
