About the Role

The Arnold Kuthe Entertainment GmbH operates the Wintergarten Berlin, a premier entertainment and dinner theater in Europe. We are seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to lead our ticketing operations, contributing to the strategic and operational advancement of our ticketing processes. This role offers the opportunity to combine your passion for arts, culture, and hospitality with a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

Oversee the entire ticketing sales for Wintergarten Varieté Berlin, including technical system administration, guest consultation, and strategic ticketing development.
Lead the box office and service team, ensuring smooth operations.
Act as a key liaison, particularly with the Marketing, Communication, and Sales departments.

Requirements

Excellent knowledge of EVENTIM.Inhouse is mandatory.
Experience in CRM and report generation/interpretation is advantageous.
Structured, self-directed, and solution-oriented work approach.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays regularly.
Enjoy interacting with customers via phone, email, and in person at the box office.
Strong communication, social skills, and service orientation.
High resilience, stress resistance, and confident demeanor.
