About the Role
The Digital Media Lead Specialist manages advertising activities, including OLA, Paid Social, and Search, to align with MFS's marketing, channel, and enterprise goals. This role is responsible for managing and implementing advertising campaigns across various markets and media types, ensuring alignment with integrated marketing and brand-building efforts.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the strategic planning process for advertising development.
- Support the development and implementation of paid media campaigns.
- Own the details of advertising and landing page development, from concept to deliverable.
- Ensure landing pages meet expected user experience and call-to-action.
- Manage all media activities, including deadlines, material due dates, and creative technical specifications.
- Secure critical media specs and ad delivery details, liaising with agencies and publishers.
- Troubleshoot and remediate issues promptly.
- Manage underlying ad creation details with in-house teams and various departments.
- Support and adhere to detailed processes, including Compliance guidelines and project management tools.
- Recommend process enhancements.
- Create and manage timeframes and due dates for on-time campaign deliverables.
- Own the Paid Search program for multiple regions globally.
- Partner with the Analytics team to create and implement UTM tags and tracking codes.
- Manage thought leadership content and its various versions and formats.
- Oversee the outside creative SAG talent vendor for rights and residual payments.
- Liaise with other outside agencies as needed.
- Ensure on-time and on-budget campaign executions.
Requirements
- Relevant experience within the asset management industry.
- Agency management experience.
- Ability to manage extensive details and juggle multiple initiatives and timelines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining positive and proactive.
- Exceptional proofing skills and ability to review and test ad units for consistency and accuracy.
- Working knowledge of asset management or regulated industry's advertising compliance rules and regulations preferred.
- Comfortable and competent working with advertising analytics and technology.
- Ability to work with a diverse internal group.
- Positive can-do attitude, self-starter, with a 'step up to see it through' mindset.
- Proactive and inquisitive mindset to investigate and troubleshoot problems and offer solutions.
