About the Role

Micron Memory Japan is seeking a Non-volatile Memory Designer (NAND Designer) to lead the development of cutting-edge NAND Flash memory technologies. This role involves designing and optimizing interface circuits, data transfer circuits, memory arrays, page buffers, string drivers, analog circuits, and logic controllers, contributing directly to the creation of high-performance NAND products that establish new industry standards. You will join a team of ambitious and exceptional engineers focused on pioneering advanced technologies.

Responsibilities

Build the base die of NAND flash.
Run circuit simulations with industry-standard tools like FINESIM, HSPICE, and VERILOG.
Examine timing, area, and power aspects in NAND flash builds.
Support new NAND product opportunities by contributing to the build, layout, and optimization of memory, logic, and analog circuits.

Requirements

Strong skills in analog and mixed-signal circuit building.
Proven ability to innovate and tackle technical challenges in high-performance memory development.
Excellent analytical skills.

Excellent collaboration skills.
Ability to clearly and logically explain complex technical concepts.
