About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Job Coach / Application Coach (m/f/d) on a fee-for-service or part-time basis to support individuals in career orientation, crafting compelling application documents, and preparing for interviews. We are looking for reliable support from experienced coaches who work empathetically, structurally, and practically.
Responsibilities
- Individual coaching in the areas of application, career planning, and professional orientation.
- Support with resumes, cover letters, and application strategy.
- Preparation for job interviews.
- Strengthening motivation, self-confidence, and professional perspective.
- Documentation of coaching sessions within the scope of AVGS-/AZAV requirements.
Requirements
- Experience as a job coach, application coach, career counselor, or in employment placement.
- Knowledge in the area of AVGS / AZAV is advantageous.
- Pedagogical, psychological, social pedagogical, or commercial qualification desirable.
- Empathetic and appreciative communication.
- Structured, reliable, and independent way of working.
- Confident use of digital tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and email.
