About the Role
Lead the Division Operations function in the UK, integral to executing existing programs and setting the foundation for future business growth. This role is critical to enabling Anduril to move faster than the legacy defense industry.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Division and Anduril UK leadership to build and run the business operations machine, enabling efficient recruiting, facility and infrastructure standup, and resource allocation.
- Support the corporate planning cycle by building and managing local business operations functions, monitoring performance against goals, financial plans, and headcount plans.
- Work with Product Engineering and Test and Evaluation teams to find and close operations gaps and ensure seamless program schedule execution.
- Serve as liaison to Anduril US and UK for international trade and export compliance matters.
- Monitor and analyze recruiting, staffing, and financial progress against plans, providing recommendations for resource planning and reallocation.
- Collaborate with Business Operations, Analytics, and Finance teams to build infrastructure for monitoring and optimizing demand vs. supply of resourcing.
- Lead strategic initiatives and projects aligned with overall business strategy and objectives.
- Coordinate and prepare for executive leadership meetings, including setting agendas and tracking action items.
- Provide connective tissue between business planning and production programs.
- Manage Contracts and Teaming Agreement Governance Requirements.
- Develop fundamental knowledge of Anduril product solutions to support regional growth and capture activities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, operations, finance, or general business analysis.
- Strong background in executing business operations and driving outcomes.
- Strong ability to communicate key business and program execution verbally and in writing.
- Strong fundamentals in operational accounting and finance.
- Ability to solve complex, ambiguous, cross-functional problems in a people-centric way.
- High ownership and low ego, with strong outcome orientation and high humility.
- Enjoys being a thought partner, translating operational problems into data problems, and executing on them.
- Discerning and an incredibly fast learner.
- Tactical approach, not solely focused on high-level strategy.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance in the United Kingdom.
