About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team with a global remit and offers considerable opportunities to grow and develop within the Product Recall team.

Responsibilities

• Understand a client or prospect’s business, situations, opportunities, problems and key issues.
• Manage relationships and negotiate placement with the (re)insurance market as part of a team.
• Prepare client and prospect presentations considering the impact of client profitability.
• Arrange and participate in marketing meetings i.e. client roadshows, virtual meetings etc.
• Prepare and check market presentations and client documentation as appropriate.
• Assist the team with ongoing development, maintenance, and co-ordination around pipeline prospects.
• Assist with the loading of data into the relevant WTW Systems.
• Work with WTW colleagues to determine and implement appropriate placement solutions.
• Support the team with processing placements, mid-term adjustments and ad-hoc admin.
• Identify appropriate markets and assist the team with determining placing strategy.
• Create and grow relationships with underwriters in London and international re(insurance) markets.
• Participate in information gathering exercises and ad-hoc market analysis.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with WTW guidelines and procedures.
• Understand, apply and where necessary explain WTW policies and procedures.
