Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with agencies, influencers, and content creators on various podcast platforms.
• Outreach potential shows and negotiate rates.
• Manage influencer marketing campaigns to reach objectives and KPIs.
• Oversee day-to-day account management, reports, invoices, and budget management.
• Brainstorm new creative approaches to influencer campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate strategies across different channels.

Requirements

• Fluent in English.
• Genuine interest in podcasts and ability to name standout shows across different genres.
• Solid understanding of how podcast advertising works.
• Previous experience working with podcast campaigns is a must.
• Knowledge of digital marketing principles and trends.
• Excellent data analysis and presentation skills.
