About the Role

This role is crucial for achieving sales targets within a designated region. It requires a deep understanding of market dynamics to develop and maintain effective business plans. Proactive engagement with company management is expected for improving products and market strategies. Efficient management of time, CRM, resources, and workload is essential, along with collaboration with cross-functional teams such as TLL, MKT, and MSL. The ability to engage healthcare professionals through multiple channels, including face-to-face, web, phone, and email, is required. Maintaining sincere communication to enhance teamwork is also a key aspect of this role.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
  • Understand market principles affecting product sales and reflect them in business plans.
  • Demonstrate clinical, professional, and scientific knowledge of product indications and mechanisms of action.
  • Expand the target physician base with flexible footwork.
  • Lead a patient-centric partnership model involving physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and medical facilities.
  • Plan and execute effective seminars to resolve territory challenges.
  • Propose treatments to specialists and KOLs with confidence.
  • Share success stories, knowledge, and lessons learned with team members.
  • Actively engage with company management to improve products and market strategies.
  • Efficiently manage time, CRM, resources, and workload.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members (TLL, MKT, MSL).
  • Engage healthcare professionals through multi-channel communication (F2F, web, phone, email).
  • Communicate sincerely with team members to improve teamwork.

Requirements

  • Possess MR certification.
  • Have 5+ years of experience as an MR in a pharmaceutical company.
  • Have 3+ years of experience covering university hospitals and core hospitals.
  • Have 3+ years of specialized field experience.
  • Willingness to travel for business, including overnight stays and weekend travel.
  • Possess a valid driver's license (excellent driver).
  • Hold MR certification.
