About the Role

As a Tender Manager, you will be responsible for efficiently and effectively preparing competitive tenders and proposals, ensuring they meet customer requirements while aligning with our technical capabilities and strategic objectives. Your contribution will be critical to winning new business, protecting profitability and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the overall tender process from opportunity review through to handover
  • Reviewing project and customer requirements to develop strong technical and commercial proposals
  • Develop integrated E-House solutions including MV switchgear, LV systems, transformers, protection, and automation
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders including factories, legal, supply chain, engineering, sales and finance teams
  • Conducting detailed risk assessments and proposing mitigation strategies
  • Developing optimised solutions technically, financially and logistically
  • Drive customer-centric proposals with clear differentiation and value proposition
  • Supporting negotiations where required and contributing to broader project strategy
  • Ensuring smooth and accurate transfer of awarded projects into the execution phase
  • Balancing commercial performance while delivering excellent customer outcomes

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in MV & LV products and systems, preferably within E-House / modular substation solutions
  • Solid commercial and contractual understanding, including Incoterms and common legal clauses
  • Proven ability to lead and coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders in complex environments
  • Highly structured, pragmatic and proactive, with strong ownership of outcomes
  • Customer‑focused team player with an open, curious and collaborative mindset
  • Experience handling complex, multi-disciplinary bids in energy, utilities, or industrial segments
