About the Role
This role involves managing a high volume of inbound calls and supporting online appointments to ensure patients have a smooth and positive booking experience for their diagnostic procedures. You will be required to work 7.6 hour shifts between 7:15 AM and 5:15 PM.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for patient interaction
- Providing excellent customer service and patient care
- Managing appointments to maximise customer service and clinic efficiency
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers
- Driving the delivery of high-quality service to patients and referrers
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience (highly desirable)
- Ability to multitask while using multiple computer systems
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Have patience and empathy to alleviate medical concerns for patients
