About the Role
As a Working Student (m/f/d) Beauty Advisor, you will be the face of our brand at the point of sale, providing expert customer service and creating a unique brand experience. You will actively contribute to the brand image, customer loyalty, and growth of DR. EMI ARPA Skin.
Responsibilities
- Representing the DR. EMI ARPA Skin brand at the point of sale (KaDeWe)
- Active, individual consultation and sale of our high-quality skincare products
- Independent, sales-oriented sales and building sustainable customer relationships
- Acquiring new customers, including newsletter and CRM registrations
- Ensuring a well-maintained, brand-compliant stand appearance in compliance with our grooming guidelines
- Goods receipt, inventory management, cashier activities, and support with inventories
- Participation in sales-promoting campaigns, events, and product launches
- Close, team-oriented collaboration and implementation of daily counter routines
Requirements
- Genuine enthusiasm for high-quality skincare products and enjoyment of accompanying customers with knowledge, empathy, and a natural host mentality
- Initial experience in retail or sales
- Proactive and responsible work style, with a good sense for sales and economic contexts
- Team spirit, reliability, and a service-oriented demeanor, even during busy periods
- Organizational skills and confident handling of numbers, inventory, and point-of-sale processes
- A well-groomed, professional appearance and confident customer interaction in line with our brand and grooming guidelines
