About the Role
As a Kosmetiker / Beauty Advisor (m/w/d) at DR. EMI ARPA Skin's sales stand in KaDeWe Berlin, you will be the face of our brand, providing expert customer consultations, showcasing products, and creating a unique brand experience. You will actively contribute to the brand's image, customer loyalty, and growth through your consulting, service, and sales skills.
Responsibilities
- Representing the DR. EMI ARPA Skin brand at the Point of Sale (KaDeWe)
- Active, individual consultation and sale of our high-quality skincare products
- Independent, sales-driven sales and building sustainable customer relationships
- Acquiring new customers, including newsletter and CRM sign-ups
- Ensuring a well-maintained, brand-compliant stand appearance in compliance with our grooming guidelines
- Goods receipt, inventory management, cash register operations, and support with inventories
- Participation in sales-promoting activities, events, and product launches
- Close, team-oriented collaboration and implementation of daily counter routines
Requirements
- Genuine enthusiasm for high-quality skincare products and enjoyment of guiding customers with knowledge, empathy, and a natural host mentality
- Initial experience in retail or sales, ideally in the cosmetics or beauty sector, as well as an interest in skin health and active ingredient cosmetics or a qualification as a beautician
- A proactive and responsible way of working, as well as a good sense for sales and economic contexts
- Team spirit, reliability, and a service-oriented demeanor – even when things get lively in everyday life
- Organizational skills and confident handling of numbers, inventory, and processes at the Point of Sale
- A well-groomed, professional appearance and confident interaction with customers in line with our brand and grooming guidelines
